Thomas Barth, born in 1975, completed his school and university studies in Geneva and was admitted to the Bar in 2001.
He started working as an independent lawyer, then as a partner in a major law firm in Geneva, before opening his own law firm in 2006.

He also practices international arbitration in commercial matters, as lawyer, as arbitrator or as president of an arbitral tribunal.
His usual activity takes place in the Canton of Geneva, as well as in the Canton of Vaud (Nyon, Lausanne, East Vaud and North Vaud), Valais and at the Federal Court.
Thomas Barth is also a deputy judge at the Geneva Criminal Court since 2011.
He was municipal councilor of the city of Veyrier from 1999 to 2007 and then Mayor (and administrative councilor) of this municipality from 2007 to 2015.
Marie-Amélie GRILLAT holds a Bachelor’s degree in law and a Master’s degree in civil and criminal law, awarded by the University of Geneva in 2022 and 2023.
After obtaining the Certificat de spécialisation en matière d’avocat in July 2024, she joined the firm as a trainee lawyer on the 1st August 2024.
A native French speaker, she also has a good knowledge of English, Italian and German.
Mathilde GRÄMIGER studied law at the University of Geneva, where she acquired a Bachelor in 2022 and a Master’s degree in 2024.
Since 2023, Mathilde holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in legal professions from the University of Geneva.
She joined the team in February 2025 as a trainee lawyer.
A native French speaker, she has solid knowledge of English as well as good knowledge of Italian and German.
